Ensuring community safety
Safety starts with prevention, visibility, accountability, and a deep respect for the rule of law. A strong community protects its people and its spaces. We will work with our police to ensure they have the proper tools, training, and support needed to keep The Bronx Assembly 82nd District safe. Strong emergency services are essential for public trust and community resilience.
Affordable and sustainable housing
Housing should be affordable and sustainable for the long term, ensuring residents are not forced to choose between shelter and survival. Growth must not come at the cost of displacement or neglect. I support grants for first-time home buyers to empower new generations, and I advocate for no property taxes for our seniors, allowing them to age with dignity and security. Everyone should have the opportunity to own. Tenants, owning is less expensive, then renting when you find the right property! You also create generational wealth!
Empowering through education & advocacy
Education needs to be accessible to all, and we must vigorously promote trade schools to equip our youth with valuable skills for the future.
As a long-time community activist and volunteer, I’ve advocated for The Bronx since day one. My service on the Community Board and Merchants Association, coupled with my experience as a Realtor, I've seen firsthand the challenges families face when it comes to affordability and opportunity.
I don't just talk about solutions, I have lived them, and I fought for them!
